Does this sound like a good exercise routine…?
to tone my butt, thighs and abs?

10 reps: lunges on each leg
Yoga: Warrior pose: 20 seconds on each leg 2X a day
20 reps 2X a day: Squats
40 reps: crunches
10 minutes: eliptical
this goes along with drinking at least 3 glasses of water a day.
any tips or revisions?

emily, i’m only 15…even i know thats WAYYY TO MUCH!
This sounds great but you are supposed to have 8 glasses of water daily and more if you workout.
