Knee / patella has a zipper?
Something ridiculous in the last 24 hours. Sometimes I can not put my right leg in front of walking left, catches my right knee. Now is fine, but if I cross my legs or getting up after sitting, then try to mount stairs or walking alone, it is as if the tendons or ligaments in the front of the knee are not working, or hanging on one thing: a mechanical obstruction just inside the knee below the patella (anterior superfical) o. It's like the "bones" crazy moving forward (not weight), I start to put weight on it during a step, and not even all the time. I've never had this problem before. I'm 50 years old, 5'9 "160 pounds and possible causes of injury as yoga – a small dog, or sitting against a wall (to strengthen quads for skiing). I did yesterday, and I had a cramp in the knee in yoga when we did the dolphin show. Now I have this problem on foot. Nothing is swollen.
His head may be misaligned, possibly due to uneven muscle tension due to uneven muscle stregthening. The interior (internal) part of the quadriceps muscle is probably relatively lower than in other parts of the quadriceps muscle (which has 4 parts.) I am a physiotherapist and most of my patients have the same symptoms you have. You probably have a pain syndrome patellopafemoral Because bending the knee increases the pressure between the patella and its various points of contact with the femur, patellofemoral syndrome is often classified as an overuse injury.4-8 However, a more appropriate term may be an "overload" because the syndrome can also affect inactive patients. repeated impact weight-bearing may be a contributing factor, particularly in runners.3 steps, hills and uneven surfaces tend to exacerbate patellofemoral pain. Once the syndrome has been developed point, including prolonged sitting can be painful ("movie-goer to sign") because of the extra pressure between the patella and femur during knee flexion
