What – Yoga vs. Pilates?
What would you recommend and why? Does it help you lose weight more than the other? I'm looking to lose £ 25. I want to join a gym, but I can not afford yet. I thought some DVD's that I could follow would be useful, but I need know best. Yes, I intend to follow a calorie intake of 1500 calories, combined with yoga / pilates, plenty of water, and abdominal exercises.
To lose 25 pounds you need more than Pilates or yoga – power below 2000 calories per day lots of water and a little exercise and cardiovascular diseases. That said, I prefer Pilates. I started with Pilates for Dummies. I thought it was a good workout 25 minutes left me exhausted month or two, but it moves for beginners and the most difficult positions and then when you become more advanced. Good luck!
