How do I get the flexibility and BJ Penn?

I have done jiu jitsu for a long time now. I want to be more flexible to implement more effective presentations, wipes, etc. Are there any stretches, yoga postures, etc. to help the flexibility of the hips down?

Stretching help … but the bottom is BJ's in the 99th percentile of flexibility. It should deal with the muscles, ligaments, tendons and accessories as well. Some people are less flexible than others. Yes, you can improve your flexibility … but if you have great flexibility to start … you will not become a BJ Penn … I do not understand are. BJ said that as a child without any training, etc. could applaud standing behind your head without using their arms. Unless some crazy joints, you can not get this level flexibility. Instead, just concentrate on being the best and you can always try to improve. You'll get better, it still more … but be realistic. If everyone could be that flexible, you would see many, many fighters, many others with such skill. Yoga will help stretch before during and after exercise … and then again once or twice more during the day (15-20 minutes) … you can improve.
