Any use of aerobic exercise DVD? What is your favorite and most effective?
Looking for a new DVD that I have a bit tired mine. I think Joanna Hall and Rosemary Conley are excellent. Nell McAndrew, but finding it a bit repetitive. I was wondering what others recommend? I do not yoga or pilates or whatever. Want arobics appropriate cardiovascular DVD. They also want shorter workouts (30 minutes) or more little things can add up if you have time.
Davina latter is quite good, has three exercises 30 minutes, is a cardiovascular exercise, it is like fighting (many kicks and punches) and the other is the stability of the (not cardiovascular, but great for toning and provide comprehensive training body). Well, if you get bored cos you can do to another depending on what mood you are in.
