I am 36 weeks and must have a version of Sunday (which I prefer not to go). I understood that exercises such as pelvic tilts – chest exercises knee – and yoga can help move the baby. I have a curiosity … when the exercises are effective, not change the baby's position over the years or what happens next?
My baby was breech up to 35 weeks. I was doing the exercises, warm baths with ice in the upper stomach (assuming that encourage baby to move in hot water), put the headphones on my i-pod abdomen, Acupuncture and homeopathic remedy called Pulsatilla. Something worked, but I do not know why, but the baby does not change its position for him, but at some point (again) later. I was relieved to be moved because it was planned to have the external version of this week and I'm terrified of a caesarean section.
