yoga for a 13 year old boy?
I wanted to take yoga classes with a friend or two just like a business, you lose all the stress, and meet new people. but my mom said you should look into it when I get old? 13 years of age generally do yoga?
My friends and I used to go to a yoga class at school. I do not know why they should not be able to join a yoga class, after everything the media says children lose weight! Talk to your mother and explain that you love to socialize while being healthy and happy that she helped. If you can not have a mother and daughter running in gym class. Go to the gym as soon as is poosible and do not be afraid to ask questions need! Hope this helps and let me know what happened: D
