yoga multiple sclerosis
For those of you with multiple sclerosis (MS), who exercise regimes are used?

I try to find a form exercise you can enter. I am in good shape and I hate it. I tried using the weight and I feel really bad few days to do so and the symptoms. Yoga is generally good, but I want to do more, because it can be boring. I was doing Pilates with a trainer, but it too expensive and I can not do the same on my own. Aerobic exercise is too intense. I am currently testing the system throughput. What have you tried? How do you feel?

I participated in a study of exercise for people with MS at the University of Florida. The program consisted of machines using strength training. The exercises were aimed at the muscles that help the stability. We did exercises in legs (three different), abdomen and lower back. Because we have worked with personal trainers on the amount of pesos that was lifted carefully monitored and increased at a reasonable pace. I joined a gym after the study is complete and has continued the same year because I felt great – better than I had in years -. I really can not do aerobics or puts too much pressure on my hips. I do yoga, but completely at home in the morning just stretched my muscles. I run a week and just do the exercises that I can do. (The instructor knows my situation and do not push me or I feel bad for sitting in certain poses – especially those based on strong hips, my weak point), I'm bored classroom, too, is probably why only. go once a week. My favorite is the exercise in the pool. Our YMCA last spring was a class of people with MS and it was great – it's cool and easy, but I'm sure I could feel the benefits later. I'm waiting for class begin to return later this month. What should I do? Way. Do not walk fast and I have not tried. In addition to the exercises in the pool, my doctor says it's the best way for me to stay in shape. While I do regularly, at least 3-4 times a week helps. Keep your body movement is most important, do not try to adapt to an ideal pattern for other entertainment. You listen to your body. If you feel uncomfortable, especially many days after a particular exercise, stop and find something else or change what you do to feel better. – I like walking in different areas parks, shopping center. I have to keep things interesting. And I guess as you can follow the steps that I take very well. (And stay calm take -. on the symptoms and make you feel worse overheating) By the way, I was diagnosed nine years ago. I'm always moving, do not use any What help. I have a pain in the hip carry babies and spasticity, which is why I am gentle. But I made a promise to keep moving and not keep a scorecard on myself because I know there will be days when I do not feel capable of doing much. I celebrate victories as they come – not to dwell on missed opportunities in motion. Follows. And if you want to try strength training, which is simple and not try to gain weight too fast. And the pool too. Good luck!
