Is it possible that I can learn to think w / o taking a class ….?
I checked the two closest schools in community. There is a yoga class that incorporates meditation, but do not know how. And the other is a gym where you can practice yoga, but no classes. Not only do I want, but we need a strong mind. I want to attract more attention and the ability not to think about the stupid shit that bothers me. Do not say "join the Marines, because that was my only desire in life since I was in seventh grade (13 years). I say this because I take medication for anxiety disorders and the Marines nor the Army nor the Navy nor the Coast Guard unless you admit that you were more drug for a period of time. There were other reasons why I wanted to join the Council not only to strengthen my body and my mind, but I can not be outside of these drugs for more than two days w / o bad shit happens. I believe that meditation is the key. What should I do?
Close ur eyes, breathe deeply and concentrate on your breathing.
