How to clean a yoga mat?
I had mine for a while and is a bit dirty. Is there anything I should do more with own a damp cloth?
If the carpet is a bit dirty, use a spray bottle, damp sponge or cloth rag to apply a solution of two cups water and four drops of dish soap. Rub the soiled areas. Clean the carpet with clean water, then rub with a dry towel. Hang dry air. If your carpet is very dirty, immerse in a solution of mild detergent and warm water and soap very little use because any residue may cause the carpet to become slippery when future use. Completely hand wash the mat and rinse with clear water. After ousting the excess water, put the carpet on a dry towel and roll mat and towel together. Walking on the carpet rolled up to hold more moisture on the mat and a towel. Then unroll and hang to dry.
