Take care of yourself. . . 25 Ways to greater self-education
Driving age is to take care of you. Many people have been pulled down to List your priorities. The result is exhaustion, fatigue and resentment. We can not at our best if we do not have time to ourselves to relax and renew. Driving age should not be difficult or too long. Anything that helps us feel more positive and happy is self-feeding. Below is a list of 25 ideas, but is not limited. Consider the simple pleasures of addressing you personally and to integrate into your life daily. The result is a happy, healthy!
1. Be thankful (Keep a gratitude journal … Write five things you are grateful for each day)
2. Practicing relaxation techniques / Relaxation Therapy
3. Surround yourself positive people (Choose people who will help you grow and prosper, Reconnect with your loved ones with whom I lost contact)
4. Practice kindness and compassion (Remember to pray for help and others)
5. Praise and let go of the criticism
6. Display (Select where you want to be in front of where they are for display)
7. Do not complain not (learn to let go)
8. Listen to music you like (and if you can dance)
9. Exercise (Choose something you love, why not try a type of body / mind / spirit exercise such as yoga, tai chi or qi gong?)
10. Volunteers and donations (To promote a cycle of good will, pay later)
11. Learn good care of you (Get enough sleep, detoxify, eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water … Learn to listen to your body)
12. Create an area of worry (Fill with your favorite love treats, including teas, bubble bath, magazines, the sky is the limit!)
13. Search news experiences and knowledge (why not try a holistic therapy such as acupuncture or the store that I always wanted to enter, but never taken time)
14. Follow Your Bliss (Use your creativity, talents and gifts … Start a hobby or career they love)
15. Have great sex (especially Tantric / Sacred Sex or a romantic evening with someone special)
16. Read a good book or watching a good movie (Why not try to read a little poetry?)
17. Laugh (laughter is truly the best medicine)
18. Find solitude (Meditate, go and be creative, a fun course yourself)
19. Use positive affirmations (making a conscious choice to be happy)
20. Take a long hot bath (add some soft music and candles the environment or a relaxing aromatherapy of lavender … Just add a few drops of lavender essential oil)
21. Spend time with your pet (s)
22. Take a cup of your favorite coffee or tea (chamomile tea is very relaxing, avoiding caffeine before bedtime)
23. Output for Nature (Try walking in a meditation the sun, spending time near water, or enjoy a sunset cloudwatching)
24. Receiving a massage (Touch can be very healing)
25. Remember that the purpose of life is joy!
