Are yoga, meditation and exercises effective for Parkinson's disease?
Only Sri Ram Dev Ji (Guru Yoga of India) has given Parkinson's disease and its treatment recommended s Yoga (Anuloma Viloma (alternate breathing) and Kapala Bhati). If you have an answer, if Please provide details as well.
There are answers that are useful here -. 1 Exercise and meditation are helpful for people with Parkinson's. The Yoga is a great way to get there. Probably not help people with Parkinson's disease as directly as I wanted. Is likely to exacerbate the rest of the body and mind, making life more Tollers Parkinson -. 2 There is very little medical evidence to the extent that exercise slows Parkinson's disease. We hope that future research shows that exercise can slow the disease. Yoga is one of these activities? Only time will tell. The best exercises and relaxation are what you like, and they are safe. Variety also helps (yoga two days a week, swimming once a week, one day a week walking, cycling stationary [Theracycle is ideal for people with Parkinson's] one day a week, etc.).
