My feet hurt in the wooden floor (yoga)?

My feet should be low in natural padding because I can not walk on floors timber without shoes. My question is, what kind of shoes for yoga to be used, maybe the dancing shoes of the pool? I need and a friction fit, so I thought instead of the pool. So what do you think of the extra thick yoga mats. I thin.

Hello, yoga mats are designed for traction and cushioning joints of their practice. I do not recommend the use of shoes as it will be difficult to ease installation and you do not hire them asking the same foot, without shoes. If you find your carpet is not thick enough for your feet you can not get a thick socks or something like yoga that clings to the bottom, but allows the foot to move. Most yoga mats will be about 4 mm thick, but thicker rugs there. The only problem with the increase in depreciation and the thickness of the plate is that it reduces its stability. Therefore, it is a bit of give and take, but it is recommended for anyone with joint problems or wounds that require additional padding. Hope that helps, best wishes to your practice Jenna ~ lululemon www.lululemon.com Online Community
