Skipping on the mat instead of the impact of carpet?
I'm worried about hurting my knees when jumping rope and I read you can use a carpet of high-impact if you have hardwood floors. I wondered if I already have a yoga mat (I use) absorption shocks quite well that I would not buy carpet impact.
No, not enough. Yoga mats are not made to absorb impact.
