What is your favorite exercise video / DVD?
I'm looking to buy new workout tapes … suggestions? Love belly dancing and foot … knees do not have to run … So no video low impact suggested that it would be very appreicated:) thank you … I was also wondering if anyone has tried to Susan Powter yoga video trailer park ….
I'd say my favorite is the signature Cardio sculpt. It is low impact and guaranteed results in 10 workouts. My other two favorites are Ultimate Boot Camp Billy Blanks and Denise Austin Shrink Your Female oily areas. Really cheesy name, but a good DVD.
