This is nothing new for us in life to find the best anti-aging, nutrition and self-development products and services. We been actively doing for years. Dietary supplements, anti-aging and weight loss products alone account for billions of dollars in annual sales.
But if not cost us anything and we can put our money to get the same felt by those who came before us, what would it take? Can you change habits and patterns of our modern lifestyle to achieve these fantastic results, not only live longer but healthier? Would we be able to make the necessary changes?
Recently, Dr. Oz, a physician who appears regularly to the Oprah focused on health and well-being, went to four different regions of the world to know why these people were living longer and stronger physically and mentally, that the average person.
The four places are called the blue zone in Costa Rica, Sardinia, Okinawa, Japan and yes, even the United States, Loma Linda, California. The most fascinating thing is these people do not live past 100 and 107, are also healthy, active and mentally alert.
The information obtained has a striking resemblance to much of the information we receive today practices of good nutrition. It's interesting because it gives us the ability to make necessary changes if they wish. All combined each region were similar, with some differences. Loma Linda, CA area has been totally vegan – no eggs or milk or cheese. For the remaining regions were very similar diets and lifestyles.
Couple this information with a recent scientific study conducted on the fight against aging with respect to low caloric restriction, which does not include processed foods, little meat and lots of fruits and vegetables appears to be a state of dependency. Physicians, in some cases, these people who have been in the program for more than 10 years, could live be the first to live to 150 years depending on their ability Present.

For those of you who actively working on personal development here is a list of 21 things they had in common in these regions. People lived in this way on a daily basis or regular. 18. Make sure you have a strong social network – To develop strong family ties.
19. Spend time with like-minded friends.
20. They always have something to do and work with a sense of goal.
21. Yoga, meditation, develop a strong spiritual foundation, live in an attitude of gratitude.
So there it is. The list reported that we can stay strong of mind, body and soul to live to be healthy active and 100 + years.
