what exercise can i do other than go the gym?
What ecercise can I do without joining the gym?
I really don’t like it, a couple of years ago I recovered from an eating disorder. The gym was a huge part of my disorder, I exercised three times a day at my most unwell periods. I have been in recovery for a couple of years, I gained alot of weight and stopped the gym although I continued to walk and do a little yoga. A few months ago I decided to join the gym again, but I hated it with avangance! It reminded me of my illness. It may be difficult for those of you who go the gym in healthy manner to understand this. I went through hell with my Eating Disorder so any memory triggers are better off avoided.
I want to be healthy and loose weight naturally. What exercise can anyone recommend that does not require gym membership or aerobics/circuit classess? I’m starting off from the bottom so running is out too…
