Back pain-Muay Thai help what caused this?
I train in May thai twice a week and BJJ twice a week and run and do yoga..So physically I am quite fit and quite flexible. However, I have noticed, especially after training in thai, that i get a real dll ache in my lower back and it feels really stiff, what could this be? what move could have caused this?
It could be a number of things
But I would say it could be caused by inproper stretching.
Your lower back muscles, leg and stomach muscles all work together. If you don’t properly stretch and warm up before your work out as well as doing a coold down you can strain your lower back,
This has nothing to do with how flexable you are, you still need to stretch out properly
