"I can use a regular light cotton yoga pants? As you sweat, but thinner? What about a shirt?
Do I Buy yoga clothing, or I can use a thin cotton shirt and a pair of cotton pants, or what is the idea of yoga wear anyway? What is the difference regular thin cotton pants and a shirt with long sleeves thin? I can understand a rug and a bag and a belt, but what is the great idea with special clothes? In addition, I will not use leg pants.i outbreak. What is the idea? Serious replies only, ok? I would do that and want to know what I can do instead of clothing Rx. They look like what they already possess.
Yes, you can use a light cotton pants. when I go to my yoga class I see people wearing a shirt and normal. just make sure it's something you can move and stretch as if you can do the splits in thin cotton pants so they are good
