Is it important to wear a belly while lifting weights, do yoga posture dandbaithak ()?
PS: My friend says that testicles are extended under custody abdomen. Myth or reality. I'm not joking. This is a serious issue. Guys only, please reply!
I think your friend is probably wrong. See: www.bodybuilding.com is a myth. Use only when you lift heavy weights. We never see children in the gym with him all the time.
