Can I practice yoga – a lot – while I’m pregnant?

I’m currently TTC, but an opportunity has come up for me to spend a month in India, doing a yoga instructor training course. I practice yoga every day right now, and I’m in excellent shape… Anyone have experience with this?

i did prenatal yoga while i was pregnant, and my doc said it was ok, but u should really ask your ob/gyn that kind of question, and they can tell u 4 sure. good luck and congrats!
