Yoga Toes Towel

What can I do about a posterior tilt? The fitness instructor told me I had one.?
I had to have my fitness level checked for work. I had to sit on the floor and bend over and touch my toes. The instructor told me I had a posterior tilt. My pelvis is behind my hips. I’m online now looking for more information on it but can’t find a thing? She told me to for now on not to ever round over and touch my toes. I lie on my back and use a towel or a dyna band and pull one leg at a time. I’ve been doing yoga for 7 years and wondered why the hell haven’t I been able to reach my toes. Now I know. None of the instructors I’ve been around ever told me this.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
She means your hamstrings are so tight they sometimes pull your pelvis down and prevent you from bending at the hips. The following link from Yoga Journal describes some positions that might help lengthen your hamstrings …
