Is this a good type of exercise to lose weight?
I eat a healthy diet of 1,200 calories. Walking or dancing for 30 minutes per day and do 30 minutes of: * Yoga / Pilates * * * bo belly dance or tae other exercises on television to help me lose weight? – I practice Channel Time Warner in the execution of the application that is essentially a different show plenty of exercise to focus on certain parts of your body or are organized in a certain type of exercise … How long do you think AA will feel the difference? I fear that what I do and I do not see any improvement. And for the record, that I, not my picture in Yahoo Roy Orbison were people who thought it was me and treats me fat – I do not know when and I am also a teenager, Roy Orbison's amazing that they have no idea what they are talking about, but thanks for the help and if you're not going to be pretty if please reply. His total of one hour of exercise.
I like 1200 calories per day. If you sweat for 30 minutes that you are doing well and should be seen around February 1, a weight loss of one pound per week. If you do not you then you forget something in the department of exercise. You can be anything you want as long as 30 minutes of sweat chance every day … good
