prenatal yoga? Does it get harder?
I practice prenatal yoga from the beginning of my pregnancy. I am now 23 weeks and it seems that like many movements are becoming more difficult. I know it must be because I take it the extra weight in the center of my body, but I thought that at least some of the yoga postures will be easier with time. Prenatal Yoga is a "rise?" Think about it, is one of the few plan year in which they become larger and more coordinated with the passage of time. Sorry, Ads Lol, I think I tip a lot, too.
I found the same thing. I think it is because your center of balance changes. It could also be because it is more difficult to move. I'm out of breath all the time. My doctor said it was normal. I was also terribly awkward (if although my doctor asked me my bruises). I tip more easily, especially in the triangle pose Dang. I changed the way things become more difficult, as it always has a chair to provide support and rest on the seat instead of the word. You're not alone. I stopped going to classes and just do in the comfort and privacy of my own living room where no one is present.
