Is this a sure way to lose weight during pregnancy?

Light to moderate exercise videos pregnancy by 30 minutes of cardio week 1 hour of swimming week (15 minutes each day) prenatal yoga and a healthy diet and balanced. I'm looking to spend as much as possible as safely as possible. Always I am 5 weeks and want to lose 10 to 20 and not much to gain, because I am quite overweight (50 pounds) and I am finally seriously unlike before.
