What is the best yoga DVDs on the market?
Currently, I am going to a yoga class twice a week. I want to put a little money to go after a week. I would go only on Tuesdays and Thursdays to do at home. I'm not sure what yoga DVD you must buy. I'm Looking for a DVD that provides an environment for outdoor relaxing music or nature sounds. I am currently a beginner and started to move in the middle. There are so many movies out there, I I can not make a decision. So I'm looking for suggestions from someone who uses or has used DVD to practice yoga.
Good morning. I want to change my training and I do not like being tied to a DVD. Rather, I use this exercisetv.tv site where you can make training free or buy and download iPod (which is what I do). It is very cheap, $ 0.99 to $ 2.99 $ Video and you can change your training instead of doing the same thing over and over again.
