How to improve my performance?

I've been running in the hills near my house for a couple of years. Recently I tried to speed up a bit. Run every day for one hour to two … (I still can not run directly through the hills, but probably 80% of an Exit 2 hours) I also do power yoga in the days of rest for 45-90 min. And, rising by 1-2x w week / per child 40 books back. I would like to continue losing weight and increasing lean! I'm 5'5 140 pounds, dropped to 135, but now, 140-145. I jumping on a band that never make, and was very comfortable w / 5 miles 50 minutes must be my speed in the race outdoors, or more .. ? the two? I've been running ever other day for a month .. before is probably twice a week by a significant amount of time. Sometimes I feel like I was faint if I continue to run up hills, so walking for 60 sec. .. More or less Do you really low? or vomiting?

From what I understand, there is loss of weight. You have a good basis for twice a week, I intervals (1 minute hard, 1 minute easy for an hour and half). You can begin with 10 minutes and build it. It is possible, you can become unconscious and could certainly vomiting. Most people tend to stop if they think they will pass. I do not know if you want to try. If you're fairly well conditioned and which seems to be generally no vomiting unless of course you have eaten a meal Befo you start working. Good luck with your career!
