Has anyone tried the Beachbody products? P90X, TurboJam, Yoga Booty Ballet .. etc.?
I watched some of their programs exercises, particularly 90 turbojam One and its power, and I wonder if anyone has any recommendations or complaints about them. I try not be a body builder, I just want to get better shape and build some strength. Is it money? Was it easy to follow or bored / Repetitive too quickly? If you were able to join, were the results you expected? I would also like to know if someone has had problems ordering online. Thank you! Also, is there that very difficult to do in an area with limited space or a TV screen smaller?
I P90X, Turbo Jam, Yoga BB, Hip Hop Abs and Slim in 6. So far I have Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs and Slim in 6. I tried No P90X once it has been difficult .. I must say that if you worked only eat .. U In the first two weeks straight I've lost 15 pounds. then my body stops losing weight simply because I started to eat normally, not a strict diet. I like my pizza .. once a week if heeheehee
