Where have all the forms of yoga come from?

Hatha Yoga is out with many variations in recent decades. Although Hatha Yoga is very old, probably the most changes and variations of it have emerged in recent years.
You can find many variations of Hatha Yoga, but there are only a few who are well known in Western culture. Shri Krishnamacharya developed with his student, a popular variation of hatha yoga. It is known Viniyoga name. The Hatha Yoga taught in previous decades is mainly influenced by BKS Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Patabhi.Viniyoga Devi and trying to focus on practice, which has many actions. This is not just watching a specific position. The aim would be to focus on different skills that every pupil. One key aspect is perhaps the technique of breathing. There you must first focus on breathing techniques and specific teaching. You do not exceed the time for exercises. After that, you can begin to mediate. Meditation is a little longer, then the Technical Datos used in the initial phase. Finally you do your meditation on the fly.
