What kind of yoga mat should I buy?
I am taking up yoga, specifically hot yoga, as a hobby. I’m not sure what type of mat to buy or if it even matters what kind. I’m not looking to break the bank either. What type should I get and is there anything else, like a slip resistant towel, that I should consider buying too? Are these towels necessary?
Yoga can be done any where.. Simple soft blankets suitably folded can be used..
If u are so keen about buying u can go for sticky mats.. Which starts from $20 (Rs 800).. Which are durable..
