Escaping Meditation? Here is the door of happiness

Who said Meditation was easy? Meditation is not easy. It takes time and energy it takes too much of it first. In addition, it also requires courage, determination and discipline. And generally, do not mention it often and take note, but it also requires a number of personal qualities such as perseverance, enthusiasm and perseverance.

"Common Sense" The Latin word goes a long way in the sum of everything. In other words, meditation is "Common sense". Ultimately, it is much easier to go out and watch your favorite TV shows. Or just enter the usual pattern of gossip what is around the neighborhood or another chatter.

So the question arises why bother about meditation after all? Why Why waste all the time and energy when we could enjoy ourselves and use this time to make more money for our future? Why bother? But it is very simple. Because we are human beings. And because of this simple fact that we human beings are heirs to an inherent dissatisfaction to our life, and not just disappear.

For a while it is possible to eliminate from our conscious mind. We can entertain for hours and hours on end, but always returns. No matter what the purpose of distraction is simply unable to capture the attention and interest long. Finally, they get bored and move on to other distractions.

But suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, we all sitting up from time to time and take stock of the realities of our lives. We ask this question – When is the real joy comes in my life? When desires and dissatisfaction that bothers me no more? Be happy when and happily ever after? When that day of Nirvana come?

Nirvana day is closer and more closer than you think. Meditation is the key to Nirvana. It is the cure to all our problems. Is the master key to open all gates to heaven. It is the antidote to all evils that bother us day to day. And we were called by avoiding meditation drugs.

The more we give space for meditation in our daily lives, more Bliss comes into our lives. Therefore, it is really worth worrying about meditation, regardless of what they consume time and energy that seems at first. But every second and minutes devoted to meditation is worth its weight in gold in the long term and to pay dividends on several occasions.

The presence an enlightened master who makes life easier for the meditator. The Master is a professional in the field where the student is a novice. Techniques developed by the teacher can do much to enlighten the being of the student when practiced regularly. The disciple simply to follow the techniques given by the Guru.
