Is 13 weeks too late to start prenatal yoga? I have not done yoga in over a year!?
I am 13 weeks pregnant, and you want to start prenatal yoga. I got my babies back to back, so I have not had much time last year for taking the time to exercise a lot. T-it hurt me now start yoga now? I read in some magazines as if they were unaccustomed to exercise regimes before pregnancy is not a good idea to start in mid-pregnancy. You think I'll start out at this point before it is too big? What other techniques are there to stay in shape and prepare for the birth of the baby both during pregnancy? Jamie-Ann: I am for the 6th February! LOL
You want to talk with your doctor before beginning any exercise routine. I am sure your doc will tell you to take it easy and not push his car too. Yoga is low impact stretching and toning, so it is probably very well, but again – you want to call your doc. Better safe than sorry. Congratulations Ltd. for approximately February 8, right?
