Yoga DVDs and videos?
Hello, I'm looking at the suggestion of yoga DVD. I have some VHS Rodney Yee and really enjoy it, but I have only one DVD player now if I can not see them. I'm looking for some who are * really * the practice of integral yoga not just a yoga workout westernized. One that will teach me to breathe better and to work with the physical, mental and spiritual parts of yoga. I prefer movies that are both flexibility and strength. Besides, I'm new to yoga preferably not a yoga video for beginners, but fine if you know a really good which is made for beginners. Thank you!
