Which book is the most complete book of power yoga?
I'm interested in power yoga. I think it is called asanas "or" Astanga "or" Ashtanga "yoga. There are many books on this subject, but many of them seem to be explanations Partial. Some of them with hundreds of poses and others as little as twenty-five movements, however, have titles which claims to be "complete". I want a book with detailed explanations of all movements. Is there a book like this? Or something like that? I found a book Power Yoga by Beryl Bender Birch, but I had to return to the library. Not sure if this book contains all or only certain movements of them. I'm not sure how much movement there.
Hello! Here a link Ashtanga good book with a detailed explanation of motion: http://tinyurl.com/yxn8t7 I bought it after reading reviews and were very happy with it. Is more comprehensive with more depth than the explanations "Power Yoga". Hope this helps. Happy Holidays.
