Ashtanga Yoga. Is it always necessary to follow a series or asanas can be done at random?

I just started Ashtanga yoga a few weeks. I'm not having problems not only poses but I have a curiosity. I am the first series in that time. When practice Yoga is necessary to make a run for the benefit of which may be raised at random?

What does this practice raises individual, but the series is supposed to work your way to the base to warm the body up into the more advanced poses for you to take the best. Consider the first pass through the stretch before a race. You do it to warm up your muscles and to reduce the risk of injury muscle or tendon injury. The final pose, and can be considered his cool after the race. The series will also focus on breathing and poses for each lead you to a new level. Enjoy your lessons!
