P90X ……..? question
I do routine P90X Classic: Day 1 – chest and back, Ab Ripper X plus Day 2 – Plyometrics Day 3 – shoulders and arms, Ab Ripper X Day 4 – Yoga X Legs Day 5 – Back and Ab Ripper X Day 6 – Kenpo X Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch My question is about a day. I lost my breast and DVD, I could return to replace it with something like the chest, shoulders and triceps? Or is there something I could replace?
Well is the only option, even if the videos are very different, but my Favorite video has been chest, shoulders, triceps
