How do you market something that people have not even heard or understood?

We try to do a campaign and invite people to this free seminar that introduces people to the world of qigong (chi kung). It is a form of exercise, similar to the concept of yoga, which helps people maintain their health in general, and the effect of self-healing. For me, I think 99% of the population have Never heard of him. How can I make the campaign / ad appeal to people to be heard Qi Gong teacher for 2 hours? We do not want to plunk a lot of money and know that 10 people will appear in the free seminar. Any constructive suggestions would be great!

1) Identify your target market. Campaign to differ from men for women and both will be different if you target the elderly. Until we get this information base is turning in circles. 2) Now that you have identified your target market to sit with one or two people who fit this demographic group and see what the product is attractive to (do market research.) Also develop a good idea where to find this demographic group. Will be marketed a couch potato ways and places you have someone who works / in progress every day. 3) Once you have identified your target market and have a basic idea of the features and benefits that must focus on, you can develop an advertising strategy previa. If you treat both those already in shape, then you might consider something along the lines of teaching basic courses / events in giving a public park on the bike path / to run. If you are aiming to couch potatoes, consider something along the lines of a joint promotion. You might be get a box of pizza delivery brochure that says something like "Call us when you're ready to work outside of this" 4) Most is not to lose the light of what works and what does not. When people new show, I ask how you heard. This way, you can better budget / Plan / object campaigns in the future.
