Jnana Yoga is the yoga of the mind. Jana Yoga is a type of yoga that deal with the mind. It will focus on the wisdom and intelligence with the goal of unification overcomes these limitations in life.
Karma Yoga
Karma yoga is the yoga of service. Karma Yoga uses mainly the law of karma means that the situation today is based on its past actions. So now do selfless service, you choose a future that is free of negativity.
