I just started a weight loss program Yoga 20 minutes, I can see concrete results of this program of work per day
I just started this 20-minute training tape Yoga! I like I do every day … I am very busy, which fits perfectly into my schedule … my question is that I can get work results in just twenty minutes a day? I thought about making the best segments of two times a day … One morning and one in the night ….. but I was not sure if the training had to do for 40 minutes to an hour instead of being broken? .. . tell me what you think?
20 minutes is quite minimal. I do not expect more. Weight loss is a function of calories in calories compared to. 20 minutes is not enough to burn many calories, especially if you do things low intensity / low heart rate such as yoga. Any weight loss should come from calorie restriction.
