Yoga Feet Toes Ankle

What is this yoga pose, and it would be an appropriate amendment?
one knee on the ground, fingers pointing backwards. the other walking on toes pointing forward on the ground. Faced with the knee aligned with ankle, knee and thigh at an angle of 90 degrees.
