How can I make it interesting? Usually that the SHD of the duration of the day with my children (for example, 30 minutes, 45 minutes?). My eldest son has cut some flab in the abdomen and me too. I also need to regulate chronic constipation in my class during asanas daughter. What you suggest, so beign for constipation?. At first, I want to work with them three times a week I am a housewife, so you can switch to sports? I would appreciate suggestions and website. Thank you, April.
I commend you to get your children involved in a very healthy practice. Start with just 10 minutes easy raises pleasure and add five minutes per week to 30 minutes. You can find funny videos yoga for mom and baby. Note you try to remove the bulk baby a year 8, who have to worry about what your wrists are using, not the size of your belly. This will flatten on their own time. Yoga is ideal if constipation. Try alternating with Pilates, which strengthens the heart and helpful.
