I have trouble with the arm of yoga … I'm too weak?

I started yoga (no class .. I am a woman who steps on the internet). I have problems my arms and balance. For example, during a table beside my arm started to shake really bad, and then my arms will fall. I'm trying to understand exactly what to grow and stay .. but I feel I can not control that. Am I too weak?
