Yoga classes for men, what women think?

If a man comes into a yoga class for women, making it / think? I thinking of joining a yoga class in my gym, but I'm worried I'll be called perverts or if I Wierdo real reasons to go to improve my flexibility / fitness / meeting new people. The men / women do the same exercises in yoga? How does it work?

I have a Yoga and Pilates Studio, and I would say that our yoga classes tend to have a large percentage of men participating. To date, I have been no complaints of women clients are men who are in classes. Additionally, in yoga, you must be focused on you and not other people in the room. If you want to try it, do it … you'll be glad I did.
