Yoga and weight training?
I practice yoga for many years. I want to do more exercises to shape my body. If Please let me know, I can do yoga and weight training. Step 1.5 hours per day in the morning to practice yoga. I plan to spend an hour a day the afternoon exercises. Waiting for your answers. After shaping my body, I also intend to start learn karate. Is this a good plan?
